Mother earth is under attack from all sides and all places. Environmental degradation has affected all of us leading to emissions of carbon in the atmosphere due to cutting of trees. Drought, strong winds landslides have affected people in that they can not produce enough food because the land is dry or is flooded hence crop yield is lower.
Even dumping of plastics and polythene paper destroys soil structure and moisture hence crop failure. Plastics take years to decompose and have made the environment unsightly and polluted. Therefore a campaign to sensitize students to clean the community by collecting plastics
