Essential Question
How can sustainable and technology-driven strategies enhance student learning outcomes in the Philippines?
Project Description

StoryMath addresses the urgent need for innovative learning strategies in the Philippines, where students rank among the lowest globally in reading, math, and science. By integrating sustainable practices, technology, and community engagement, the program enhances literacy and numeracy through Base Ten Blocks from recycled plastic, story-based problem-solving workbooks, and an AI-powered learning platform. With a multi-tiered approach–ranging from stakeholder collaboration to scalable replication– StoryMath fosters interactive, student-centered learning. By bridging conceptual gaps through the Concrete, Pictorial, and Abstract (CPA) method, the program empowers students with foundational skills necessary for critical thinking, problem-solving, and lifelong learning.
