The Upcycled Food Project is a sensitization initiative inspired by UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 2: Zero Hunger and aimed at educating communities on how to transform food scraps, often discarded, into nutritious dishes. By highlighting the value of commonly overlooked food parts like peels, stems, and rinds, the project teaches people how to repurpose these scraps into delicious and healthy meals.The project ultimately fosters greater awareness of how food can be used efficiently and sustainably.
