Project Description

Illiteracy is a crime. Every child has the right to learn how to be a human. The first verse in Islam started as "Write", so why are Islamic communities not given the right to be educated? Every change starts with a simple idea. So, this project is about raining awareness on the importance of education .

Neglecting Education – Another War Front in Yemen

As conflict and humanitarian crises consume Yemen, the nation faces an escalating education emergency. Millions of Yemenis remain out of school due to prolonged conflict, economic hardship, government neglect, and societal pressures. The consequences are devastating—impacting individuals, families, and the country’s future. This study examines the root causes, the societal toll, and the urgent need for intervention.

But there is hope. Through policy reform, awareness campaigns, and stronger support systems, Yemen can break the cycle of educational neglect. By prioritizing education, investing in teachers, and fostering community engagement, the nation can ensure that learning remains a right, not a casualty of war. This document explores the challenges, consequences, and solutions needed to restore education as a pillar of Yemen’s future.
