This project tackles the challenge of uninformed consumption by empowering students through podcasts. Students will create podcasts highlighting products with ethical and environmental concerns like animal testing, unfair labor practices, and excessive waste.
As teachers, my team and I have made sustainable consumption part of the curriculum in all state of SP, so students are engaged in projects creating interventions involving the school community in favor of sustainable energy consumption, but some groups went beyond and created projects approaching animal testing, enslaved labor and social media consumption so this project aims to literally give voice to these projects.
